We have been granted some storage space on the Sigma2 NIRD storage - it uses Minio server. The URL is https://storage.gbif-no.sigma2.no/minio/, and the main credentials are stored in LastPass.

Currently putting all images in the 'img' bucket on there.

For thumbnails, caching and image manipulation, we have an account with imagekit cdn (see LastPass). So now we can construct URLs like e.g. https://ik.imagekit.io/gbifnorway/tj/Khatlon/5d8a2240-bb23-4b46-aab7-7ac9ac4f9750.jpg?tr=w-800,h-400,fo-bottom
