RSS Feed
If you have the RSS enabled from System->Configuration->RSS Feeds->RSS Ccnfig
and you have the RSS for your entities enabled from the configuration area of your module, then the RSS page will look like this:
You will see a section with the RSS feeds from your module.
There is a known issue here that I don't know how to get around.
Because there is no way of adding custom RSS feeds in the list of Magento's default feeds without rewriting a block, in case all the default RSS feeds are disabled and only the ones in your modules are enabled you will see a message There are no RSS feeds at this moment
but below that you will see the list of your custom RSS feeds.
Also, if an entity has the RSS enabled, in the frontend list page of your entity you will see a link to the RSS feed.
Clicking on the link will get you to the RSS page that looks like this (at least in FF):
You will see there all the attributes you decided to include in the RSS feed.- Getting started
