WP7 Internal Organization on April 15, 11:00 - 12:00
- 11:00 - 11:30 - WP7 planning and next activities (every team gets 5 minutes sharp to summarize the state of each of the 9 deliverables)
- 11:30 - 12:00 - Session on implementation (WP7.3): analyze the partners which are going to participate to the toolchain development, the time they can spend to it and on which subjects. (30 minutes)
- Fill the Grid: I propose to use the grid we had to fill for the change request meeting of January : I think this grid can give us the main planned effort and thus participants to involved in the meeting. (Marielle)
- Create a Timeline: The first release is planned for end of October 2013.
- Do we need face-to-face meetings? I think we need at least one to disseminate our decision on the tool chain (end of July). We may also have one, when we have all the inputs for making the decision (end of May). (Michael)
- Important Development Artefacts. We need to define:
- toolchain architecture
- interoperability mechanism
- qualification process
- Internal Tooling: This is a question to Cecile on what (internal) tool platform to use for the development. In addition to gitHub, we now have access to OnDemand from Atlassian
- Define a first basic toolchain for the semi-formal starting from the SSRS without explicitly name tools, this task will be refine with the results of the modelling evaluation effort and the others tool evaluation tasks.
- Check the effort needed for the next evaluation task on tools for V&V ...
- Identify possible participant in "work groups" to work on data, control and process integration (how to share data, tool services and how to support engineering process in the tool chain)
