Implement the API Token

For minisass, let's add a token. I think we already have the functionality in place, we just need to add it to the API.

@dimasciput @lgkgh Greyling I assume using the token approach will result in some changes to the API code and that will need to iterate to Swagger and the documentation? to be implemented by @tinashechiraya on the code and @ketankartoza on the documentation and guided and checked by @dimasciput on the code and @EliVolsch on the gateway.
