Getting help with Kaleidoscope

  1. Check the community forums at https://community.keyboard.io/c/help to see if someone else has had the same problem. If you can't find a post about the issue you've run into, you're welcome to create a new post asking for help. This will help us to improve Kaleidoscope and this documentation, so that nobody else has to deal with this problem ever again.

  2. Join us on Discord live chat to ask about your issue.

  3. Assuming you're using a Keyboardio keyboard, email us at [email protected].

Options 1 and 2 are 'community' support options: the folks answering your question may well be opensource developers or other customers like you. They're generally friendly folks, but aren't compensated in any way for helping you out. Option 3 is more traditional product support, by Jesse and Kaia at Keyboardio.
