Volconv is a personal open-source project spanning the author's work at several institutions - it includes work done in collaboration with:
- UCL Centre for Medical Imaging Computing
- UCL Institute of Neurology
- National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery
- UCLH NHS Foundation Trust
This tool has existed since 2006, with version 1.0.0 released in 2017. Release numbers use semantic versioning - see http://semver.org/.

Always check the geometry of output images. Volconv is not validated for medical use.

Per the licence terms noted above, volconv comes with no promise of support. But at the time of writing it remains under active developent: bug reports, feature requests, and de-identified DICOM input examples are welcome to [email protected] or in the repository's issue tracker.
