Below the input area and Action Bar, you will find the preview table. Here you can see the content of each label before it is printed, as well as edit and delete individual entries.
You can press Tab
to go to the next cell to the right, and Enter
to move to the one below. This also means you can focus the first barcode field, scan a barcode, and it will be entered into the cell and progress to the barcode on the row below, allowing for bulk barcode scanning.
To edit a specific label, scroll down to the preview table and type into the field you would like to change.
To add a single custom label, enter some data into the bottom row of the preview table.
To remove a label, click the X to the right of its entry in the preview table.
Above the preview table, and below the input area is a row of buttons called the Action Bar.
Button | Description |

Print now, Black on White
Print now, White on Black (See Inverse Printing)
Label Style | Defaults to Large , selects which variant of the label to print |
Add to Batch | See Batch Printing |
Clear | Clear all fields, and the preview table |
The Batch Printing feature allows an operator to define multiple sets of labels and save them to the batch table, without immediately printing them. This is especially useful to avoid wasting material on printing unnecessary leaders when printing white on black.
- Fill in the required fields in the input area
- Click
Add to Batch
in the Action Bar - Repeat for all needed labels
- Use the Batch Printing action bar to define the label variant and print
