-Added isolate token bag to player dashboard, and removed reminder tokens from player boxes
-Isolate tokens can now be bound to a hotkey, and unlocked tokens will be cleaned up during time passes or the ocean
-Power Card UI can now be dragged around your screen
-Notebook config data will now be used automatically if it exists
-Fixed bug with scoring where blight and dahan we're weighted properly
-Added the 3 remaining 2 player setups (Coastline, Top to Top, Inverted Fragment) which can currently only be accessed using Notebook config
