Sprint 11 deliverables [9 25 to 10 7] and next sprint planning

High level tasks accomplished in this sprint (ending Oct. 6)

• IP Reporting Features ready for Testing. Following functionalities pending for next sprint:
  • interface for reporting for joint UNICEF/Cluster indicators (see ticket for open questions)
  • syncing PDs, Workspaces & Partners from PMP
  • email notification to partner when a progress report is accepted/sent back
• Permission matrix, support in backend and frontend interpretation.
• Setting calculation methods for all indicators in a PD.
• Calculations for data being reported are now calculated / reflected in real-time in the frontend as the user is entering data.
• Ability to relate a location all the way up to the highest available admin level
• User sign in, profile modal, logout for all PRP users (to be used by cluster, ip, imo's, partners etc.).
• API's for all functionality PMP depends on PRP for.
• First pass of QA, bug fixes.
• UI / logic for when a progress report has been 'sent back'
• Cluster Reporting: Export for Analysis complete; initial Import Template generation complete until final import feedback is given
• Cluster Reporting: UI / frontend for managing disaggregations. Final piece of the disaggregation refactor that was done.

Timeline check

• Sep. 25: API's for PMP
• Oct. 6: PRP-IP (minus PMP integration).... functional testing
• Oct. 16: PRP<>PMP integrated.............. testing environment
• Oct. 23: Cluster PRP...................... testing environment

• Tasks available and ready in Cluster reporting in PRP milestone currently.

Open issues to discuss / agenda items

• Cluster Reporting permissions matrix needed for Sprint 12. #295
• Need Import template specifications finalized for cluster reporting: https://github.com/unicef/etools-partner-reporting-portal/issues/269
• Should we freeze any columns when generating Export for Analysis or Import Template? Those would have to be first X columns. First 4-5 rows being frozen for ease.

Goals for next sprint

• PD, Workspace, Partner Syncing from PMP
• Importing for Cluster reports (pending UNICEF final decisioning)
• Accept/Reject functionality for cluster reports
• Autocalculation of cluster activity indicators based on partner inputs
• Stretch Goal Partner Analysis section
