• Proposal: Skip sprint planning for the next 2 weeks and switch to lightweight kanban based tracking

  • Rationale: We're 90% focused on QA for 1.0.0, and will have significant card traffic related to that. Limited return on planning time.
  • Back to regular sprint format after the release.
